1) Course
Description:
Narrated online video presentation of California QME procedures and California
DWC QME regulations. This module consists of three (3) 50 minute video Sections.
A 50 question online quiz is taken at the end of the 3rd Section.

QME Selection Process
- Represented vs. Unrepresented Applicants
- Panel QME, AME, Agreed Panel QME
- The Role of the QME
- Medical legal vs Clinical role
- Medical legal disputes
- Medical legal opinion, reasoning, internal consistency
Section 2: QME Scheduling, Forms, Paperwork and Medical Records.
Section 3: Conduct of the QME during
the evaluation.
